Dawid Haug
Private equity investor with experience in transaction structuring, incentive design, and multi-stakeholder situations. Focuses on liquidity solutions in mature portfolios and structuring frameworks that enable effective decision-making.
Maximilien Job
Private equity professional with experience across primary and secondary investments and portfolio strategy. Focuses on execution, governance, and disciplined decision-making in complex investment situations.
Stefan Böni
Investor and former company CEO with experience across private equity and operational leadership. Brings a perspective from both sides of the board table, with a focus on governance, management alignment, and value creation in mature ownership contexts.
Dawid Haug
Dawid gained experience across private equity, infrastructure investing, and transaction execution. He was part of investment teams at Evoco and Gunvor. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Stifel and Kepler Cheuvreux. Dawid holds an MSc from HEC Lausanne.
Maximilien Job
Maximilien gained experience in private equity. He spent several years at Evoco, where he led deal execution and served on the boards of portfolio companies. Maximilien holds an MA from the University of St. Gallen and is a CFA charterholder.
Stefan Böni
Stefan gained experience across private equity and operational leadership. He was part of investment teams at Waterland and Evoco and held operational leadership roles at mid-sized companies. Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant at Roland Berger. Stefan holds an MA from the University of St. Gallen.
