Dawid Haug

At Balto, he leads origination, supports portfolio companies through operational and financial challenges, and represents ownership at board level. Dawid holds an MSc from HEC Lausanne.
Maximilien Job
Partner | Private equity professional with experience across deal execution, portfolio governance, and board-level engagement, including several years leading transactions and serving on portfolio company boards at Evoco. At Balto, he leads deal structuring, designs fund and deal architecture, and owns the realization and exit processes. Maximilien holds an MA from the University of St. Gallen and is a CFA charterholder.
Sophie Mack
Junior analyst | Private equity analyst with experience across fund due diligence, M&A advisory, and strategy consulting at REIA Capital, Deloitte, and Kearney. At Balto, she supports origination and transaction analysis in special situations and secondary investments. Sophie holds a BA and is completing an MA in Accounting and Corporate Finance at the University of St. Gallen.
Stefan Boeni
Partner | Private equity professional and former company CEO with experience across private equity and operational leadership at Waterland, Evoco, and as a management consultant at Roland Berger. At Balto, he leads portfolio oversight and value creation, owns senior management selection and governance, and serves as the primary partner to investors. Stefan holds an MA from the University of St. Gallen.
